In the context of the Services’ operations, We act as the Data Controller for information belonging to you as a business entity or administrator (Tenant), and act exclusively as the Data Processor for user information that you enter into Our system.

Account deletion requests can be made independently by the User through the settings on the app or website.
To comply with applicable accounting standards and corporate document retention regulations in the Republic of Indonesia, we reserve the right to retain historical business and financial transaction logs. In this scenario, we guarantee that such data will be permanently anonymized so that it can no longer be linked, identified, or reconstructed as your Personal Information.
Backup
We provide data backup support to ensure that all information you enter into our app is protected and can be recovered. We perform regular and automatic backups, but we still recommend that you keep your own personal backup of your important data.
To the extent permitted by law, for security purposes, or for disaster recovery, all data or information will be securely stored on our backup data storage servers; however, such information may be separated from routine processing or subject to deletion.
SECURITY
We implement the latest technical and organizational security standards, including data encryption, to protect your information from unauthorized access, modification, or destruction.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and notwithstanding our best efforts to maintain the security of your information, we make no representations or warranties that electronic transmissions over the internet, information storage technologies, and the servers comprising the Service are free from hackers, unauthorized third parties, viruses, malware, trojans, worms, or other harmful components. You should only access the Service in a secure environment.
You agree to secure your account credentials independently. Accordingly, you release us from any losses that arise or may arise as a result of your negligence.

Please note that all requests will undergo a thorough screening and verification process and will only be processed if you have met the requirements, provided sufficient evidence, and verified the applicant’s identity to carry out the deletion, deactivation, modification, or request for a copy of your personal information. We reserve the right to reject requests in part or in full in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
By registering for, accessing, and/or using the Service, you (or your parent or guardian, if applicable) consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This consent covers the collection, use, and processing of data for the purposes of operating the Service and complying with applicable laws.
This Privacy Policy is subject to the age restrictions of Apple and Google Play.
